Code of Conduct in classroom and college premises

  1. The student code of conduct at college mandates wearing a clean uniform, being clean-shaven, maintaining well-groomed hair, and prohibiting the use of unauthorized devices.
  2. Students must maintain satisfactory attendance to avoid lines and to appear in university exams, thus minimizing absences from college. Hostel students must be informed about their absence through their parents’ knowledge.
  3. Students must pay course and hostel fees by specified deadlines, and once paid, these fees are non- refundable.
  4. Unless a legal local guardian is available. First-year students from other states or districts must stay in the hostel for safety and security reasons.
  5. Each semester includes two internal exams and one model exam, with your internal university marks depending on these scores, so study diligently from the beginning.
  6. Since 2018, our college has topped the university exams; with the first semester in November and the second in April, aim to score well like your seniors and make the college proud.
  7. Our ASET College has provided 100% placement since its inception, and while the management offers full support, you should also cooperate and contribute to your career development by improving communication and personality development skills during your course.
  8. You are encouraged to actively participate in all college activities, including seminars, workshops, cultural programs, sports, and inter-college events, to showcase your skills and seize every opportunity available.
  9. Students should capitalize on industrial visits and internship opportunities provided by the college, maintaining conduct that enhances the college’s reputation as your identity wherever you go.
  10. Education extends beyond textbooks; attend all skill development programs organized by the college to enhance your skills further to get job quickly
  11. Do you have any issues or grievances during your study on the college campus should be promptly reported to the college administration, either in writing or via email.
  12. Students are advised to refrain from posting social media content without prior approval from the college. Publishing offensive comments about the college administration, staff, or fellow students is considered a reprehensible act.
  13. Students must notify their class advisor of their leave in writing or by formal email, with at least one week’s notice unless it is an emergency leave.
  14. Students who are granted leave after examination holidays or for signicant events must adhere to the return date specified by the college and avoid taking additional leave.
  15. Respectfully treating teachers in college mirrors familial respect, shaping character and fostering personal growth long-term.
  16. Students who own a two-wheeler must possess a valid driving license, wear a helmet while riding, and ensure their vehicle’s insurance and registration are up to date, as per college regulations.
  17. Ragging fellow students is unacceptable. Embrace them as your peers or even as family, treating them with the respect they deserve. Building a supportive and respectful environment enhances everyone’s college experience.

Anti Ragging Committee

ASET implemented an effective and strict anti-ragging policy based on the UGC Regulation on diminish the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institution, 2009. This UGC Regulation was framed in accordance with the directions issued by the Honourable Supreme Court of India to prevent and prohibit ragging in all Indian Educational Institutions and Colleges.

Habitual misconduct/repeated breach of the College Rules & Regulation will be considered as a grave offence and will result in suspension/expulsion of the student with immediate effect.

Posh- Internal compliant committee

Posh (prevention of sexual Harassment as per UGC Guidelines constituted in constricted an College as internal complaint against Sexual harassment. Its strongly support gender equality and  Abuse  any gender discrimination and violence.
